Hope – To entertain a good opinion. To believe well when there's maybe some dark appearances, and when present evidence is not clear. To stretch its faith beyond appearances for support of an opinion of hope. It delights to entertain the best expectations even when met with repeated disappointment.

Hope cannot acknowledge defeat!

Romans 8:24, 25 (NKJ) "For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance."

Proverbs 10:28 (MSG) "The aspirations of good people end in celebration; the ambitions of bad people crash."
